By submitting a project and completing payment, you agree to the following terms.


1. Project Scope

Each $100 slot covers one single deliverable — one logo, one poster, one package social post, one deck, one package video edit (3 videos – 1 minute each), and so on. Projects submitted with multiple deliverables, extensive copy, complex multi-language requirements, or open-ended scope will be rejected and payment refunded in full before work begins.

2. What We Do Not Accept

We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our scope. The following will be rejected:

  • Projects requiring more than one primary deliverable per slot
  • Full branding systems requested as a single $100 project (branding slots cover one core deliverable — logo or guidelines, not both)
  • Projects with no clear brief or reference
  • Projects requiring licensed third-party fonts, stock images, or paid assets
  • Requests for plagiarism, copying, or reproduction of another brand’s design
  • Any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates ethical standards

Rejected projects are refunded in full. No work is started on rejected submissions.


3. Revisions

Each project includes three (3) round of revision. A revision means adjustments to the approved direction — changes to color, font, sizing, copy, or layout within the original concept.

A revision is not a new concept, a full redesign, or a change of direction. If the revision request falls outside the original brief, it will be treated as a new project and charged accordingly at $100.


4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Work begins within hours of submission confirmation. If you need to cancel, you must notify us via WhatsApp before receiving the confirmation message that work has started. Cancellations made after work has started are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • We reject your project before starting work
  • We are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe due to our error
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround is based on the deadline selected at submission — same day, 24 hours. Same-day delivery applies to projects submitted before 12:00 PM (Bali time, WITA). Projects submitted after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Complex briefs, incomplete information, or delayed responses from the client may affect delivery time.


6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a clear and complete brief at submission
  • Supplying all necessary text, copy, and assets (photos, logos, references) upfront
  • Responding to any clarification questions within 12 hours to avoid delays
  • Ensuring you hold the rights to any assets you provide for use in your project

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete briefs or slow client responses.


7. File Delivery

Final files are delivered via WhatsApp or a shared download link in web and print-ready formats only. Files are available for download for 14 days after delivery. After this period, file recovery requests are subject to a $5 archive retrieval fee.

We do not provide raw working files under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Adobe Illustrator source files (.ai)
  • Adobe Photoshop files (.psd)
  • Adobe InDesign files (.indd)
  • Premiere Pro project files (.prproj)
  • After Effects project files (.aep)
  • DaVinci Resolve project files
  • Any unrendered, unflattened, or master editing files of any kind

What you receive depends on your project type:

  • Logo & Branding — JPG, PNG (transparent), PDF
  • Print work — Print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks
  • Social & Digital — JPG or PNG at platform-specified dimensions
  • Video — Rendered MP4, compressed and ready to upload
  • Deck — PDF export only (PowerPoint or Keynote available on request at no extra cost)

Raw and source files are our working tools. They remain the property of the studio and are not included in any $100 project, regardless of request.

If your project requires a specific file format not listed above, state it clearly in your brief before submitting. We will confirm whether it is possible before work begins.


8. Ownership & Copyright

Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of final files, full ownership of the final delivered design transfers to you. You may use it commercially without restriction.

Ownership of the delivered files does not include ownership of source files, working files, or project assets retained by the studio. The transfer of ownership applies to the final exported output only.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and on our social media unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of submission.

We are not liable for any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property conflicts arising from design elements you requested or approved.


9. Daily Slot Limit

We operate a maximum of 10 slots per day. Slots are first-come, first-served. Booking a slot does not guarantee a specific delivery time — it guarantees your project will be worked on that day.

Slots do not carry over. If your submission is incomplete or your brief is unclear, your slot may be forfeited without refund.


10. Communication

All project communication is handled via WhatsApp only. We do not take calls, attend meetings, or correspond via email for project work. Response times are within 2–4 hours during Bali business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM WITA, Monday to Saturday).


11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction in Bali, Indonesia.


12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on our website. Continued use of our service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


By submitting your project and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
